Why the training is needed?

We all experience points in our lives where we face challenges, difficulties, and issues.  There will be times in all of our lives when pressures mount or we experience pain and trauma.  Research indicates that the most challenging of people are those who have not understood how their irrational thinking came into existence.  However, learning about ourselves and realizing that we can develop the strategy which allows us to become more resilient to take these difficulties in ourselves and to feel confident in our sites and to feel confident in our ability to manage life.

Berlin, MD psychologist Donna Ferraro says she attended Joy Jangdhari workshops in the past and was pleased with the techniques taught during the workshop "It's really helpful because it teaches you techniques you can use at a later time and helps you to alleviate stress.  the nice thing about the workshop is that there are various components, and there is an educational component and a relaxation component at the end".

Health and Wellness Institute Worldwide is partnering with "Operation Dare To Care" providing evidence-based programs to assist military, veterans, and their families to reintegrate into communities to reintegrate into civilian life.

Offering programs to help veterans who suffer from physical conditions, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease, addiction, chronic pain, trauma, and more. 

Program benefits

Participants of this course will learn to identify self-regulation, resilience to stress in the face of emotions, leading to psychological self-efficiency in order to reduce emotional uproars.  Participants will be given tools to understand how to cope with their internal landscape.  When participants apply these methods they are able to evaluate their own habitual responses. 

We will cover the study of emotional resilience and education on how our physical body reacts strongly to thought impulses stemming from the mind-body connection.

 Living with PTSD is incredibly hard...

For some trauma survivors, panic attacks, dissociative episodes, hypervigilance, flashbacks, and anxiety make life feel like a waking nightmare.  For others, their trauma may not manifest in such obvious ways but rather the experience may shape their behaviors and perspective on life in profoundly negative ways.

 If this sounds all familiar to you, know that you're not alone.  About 25 percent of people who experience a disturbing event develop post-traumatic stress disorder.
